[VFLP] Dramatic speed-up by utilization of Nailgun

VFLP now uses Nailgun for running the Java-based programs of ChemAxon's JChem Suite. Nailgun provides a persistent Java virtual machine, which can result in a speed-up of more than an order of magnitude in the case of typical ligand preparation procedures with VFLP.
